OCI compute instances and volumes deleted - free tier

Hi,

I need help with clarifying why my four compute instances were deleted the other day, all at the same time. Boot volumes and all was deleted. Seems several other users have experienced the same in recent days. Attached screenshots and audit log.

Another question. Is Oracle free tier safe to use, if resources are wiped without notice?

I hope someone can clarify why they were deleted, and if this is somehow a one time glitch at Oracle side? Should I expect it to happen again, if I decide to rebuild my instances?
