VBCS webapp does not load page / trigger rest API when user navigates to different tab in browser

Hi Team,

We have noticed multiple instances in VBCS webapps that the page loads only when user is active on a tab/ navigates back to the VB page.

For example,

1) From Fusion SAAS screen user opens Tab1 , Tab2 , Tab3 - 3 VBCS pages . The page load / VB enter action chain kicks starts only when user again clicks on the respective tab. But the assumption is screen should be loaded with all the UI components. 

2) User clicks on submit or save action and navigates to different tab , We noticed the rest calls in action chain are not fired until user navigates back to the tab.
