EPMAutomate logout query

Summary:

Does using the logout command logout all instances of epmautomate connections for a particular user from a particular server to a particular service/environment?

Content (required):

We have a server we use for backups (one script runs once) and running overnight job sequences (one script runs once), it is also used for picking up files created by users (one script runs every 5 minutes - outside of the maintenance window) and loading them via data management into different apps (same file). As the scripts run they log out of one service using a single user account and into another service depending on need.
