    Summary: If I use the Rapid Implementation spreadsheet for loading Discount Rate Indexes, it produces an xml file to be loaded. IN what format, by what process can I load this data via csv or similar, so that the regular import of new rates can be automated/ made into a repeatable process to produce that doesn't rely on downloading the rapid implementation spreadsheet...?
