Use same item for back to back order (without onhand reservation) as well as using it in a standard order (with onhand reservation).

We have below use case. Please let me know if anyone has worked on similar scenario:

- Business has items which they can have a stock as well as purchased via back to back sales order

- Unique requirement here is for the back to back orders, it should not consider any onhand stock and reserve it. It should always create a requisition/PO for the entire quantity.

- However, for the same item, they can have sales orders which will not fall under back to back orders and can be reserved against onhand available.
