Audit log to record changes made to import formats

Hi Team,

We have provided data management import formats, tested them, and deployed them. However, after go-live, the data load rules are failing continuously as service admins change the import formats and locations.

Currently, the system does not keep a log or track changes made to import formats or location.

Please let me know, how to identify the changes made and user responsible for changes.
