Summary : How to implement this REST API for Capturing Progress and REST API for Publishing Progress without assigning OIC user as Project manager?

Details :

We have requirement where we need to implement solution to automate project progress capture functionality & project progress publish after capturing project progress . We have analyzed the process and came to know that there are Rest APIs given by Oracle which will help in automating the process. We are trying to automate this process using OIC integration, But API only works for projects where OIC user is assigned as project manager to that project .

Can you please suggest any way where we can implement this solution without assigning OIC user as Project manager .
