Copy No_Currency data to Local Currency based on Entity base currency

Is there a way to copy No_Currency data to the respective Entity base Currency with out using UDA's or Attribute assignments

In a Simplified multi-currency application, we are getting data at No_Currency member level. Post data load, we want to copy the data at No_Currency to Local currency (Entity's base currency) without using Attributes or UDA assignments.

Is there a way to accomplish it using Groovy or Calc Script?
