Salary Scrambling on Offer page
Summary: As part of data scrambling in lower POD post P2T, we are executing scripts to scramble salary data and element entries. Though we are able to load the data for all assignments, salary scrambling script is failing for “O” type assignments (Offer) with error details “You can create or update offer information only when the offer is in the Draft status. (IRC-1590929).

We understand that system does not support updating completed job offers (converted to pending worker/employee) from being redrafted and from participating in other processes across the suite. When the job requisition is closed or canceled, the Re-draft Offer action is no longer available even from UI.
