Creating New Payables SLA Rules for Accounting AP Expenses Hitting PPM Capital vs Billable Projects

edited May 8, 2024 3:20PM in Subledger Accounting & Accounting Hub 1 comment

Summary:

Need guidance on creating Fusion Accounts Payables - New SLA Rules to Differentiate the accounting for PPM Billable Projects Vs PPM Capital Projects.

We do have existing SLA rules defined in Oracle Payables which is currently catering the needs of AP expenses hitting billable projects. Now we need separate SLA Rules when it comes to AP invoices having reference to PPM Capital Projects (Instead of Regular Admin/ Billable Projects)

How we can ensure that we validate the Project Reference on the AP invoices to make sure if its pointing to PPM Billable Projects or Capital projects so that appropriate accounting gets called.
