Which function can be used to display only one value from multiple values result?

We're using an OTBI analysis for delayed PO deliveries and we've supplier's details displayed in it.

Yet, some suppliers have more than 1 contact/email address. So whenever we've only one contact/email the fields are correctly populated with it. But in the other case (multiple contacts/emails) the fields are returned empty.

So we've tried differente function (Min, Max, RMax, RMin) which actually return the Min/Max value from the list displayed/fetched in the report and not from the supplier contacts as per each PO.

We also looked up the function FIRST it's not available anymore in OTBI.
