Details on timings of access removal for Terminated employee accounts

I need to identify the timeframe for access cutoff on a user account when terminated when being terminated using the "Revoke User Access: After Termination" option in the Oracle tool.

Initially, from my understanding, the "After Termination" option would allow users to maintain access on the day of termination until sometime later afternoon that day.

Can you please confirm for me what time of day or timeframe Oracle considers end of day, and when a submitted voluntary term using the "After termination" function can expect to terminate a user account?

For example, if I were to submit a term today, for someone with a term date of 5/26, and selected Revoke User Access: After Termination, what time of day on the 26th would this individual lose access?

Howdy, Stranger!
