Unable replace/delete attachments on an existing item using Import Maps in Product Development

Trying to update/delete attachments for an existing items via import maps in Product Development. Mapping are provided as required. The Item Batch is successful but the record count is zero. There is no update seen on the Item Attachment as well

Trying to update/delete attachments for an existing items via import maps. Mapping are provided as required. The Item Batch is successful but the record count is zero. There is no update seen on the Item Attachment as well.

Tried creating Item Batch with change order option and without change order option but there was no update. Import Mapping and sample files have been attached for reference.
