Featured Learning did not show up in Redwood for Learners

Summary:

Yesterday I added a new course to my featured learning with the expectation it would show up on the featured learning carousel. It didn't show up. There is no special access on the course. Is there some process that has to run to update the featured learning carousel in the Redwood interface? I also ran into this in TESTING where I changed the featured learnings after installing the interface and the update didn't show. I was hoping it was because the test pod didn't have all the regular scheduled processes running. What am I missing?
