Forgot password function not working

When attempting to recover or reset a password the function is not working



I have tried to use the "forgot password" functionality and have never receieved an email allowing me to reset my password. I have tried this function on both the employee website and the talent center, I have also tried this using my email and using my username, neither has prompted the email. Has anyone been able to use the "forgot password" option upon logging in, in order to recover a password? Am I missing something?
