Case Management - Documents vs Attachments

Hi Team

We want to understand the difference between Documents vs Attachments. e.g. Under HR helpdesk we have Attachments option through which agent is able to edit Title, description of the attachment file uploaded.

Where as in case management we have document object and Case Worker is not able to edit Title or Description of the attached files.

We have requirement to enable Edit option for Case Worker to amend title and description for the files they are uploading.

Any experts, can you please advise here.
