Is there any way to fetch real updated absence records via BIP Report?

We currently need to capture the real updated absence records, distinguish which records are newly created and which rows have been updated, and then send the data to the third party. but from ( Doc ID 2797415.1 ) we know If the user is changing one of the Absence Entry and submitting it all the other future dated leave shows last update date and last updated by as the User name, and the current behavior of the fusion system because once you submit an absence on 1/1/2021 then all the future dated absence from that date (1/1/2021) will get re-evaluated in order to calculate the correct balance.
