Is it possible to populate the SR number & agent signature when composing messages?

Is there a way to auto-populate the SR number or a link back to the original SR when using the Redwood Help Desk platform to compose messages via email channel? Our agents currently copy/paste the information, but we're looking for a way to auto-populate the info so that the email to the user will contain the needed information.
Is it possible to auto-populate the agent's name/signature whenever they compose a message?
