Is it possible to rename folders like "Library", "Reports"

It's a silly question because these are standard folder but still I would like to know if there is a way to rename "Library", "Reports", it's mainly for the users because in smartview currently we see lot of folders the users don't want to as they might get lost. So the only solution is to rename them but looks like that's not possible as well.

Has anyone faced similar problem?

Below is the screenshot of the folder the users should not see as Library has all the reports and forms as well, which it is supposed to, but we cannot hide it for smartview.
