Request for Email Alert Setup: Task Status Change Notifications

Summary:

We need to have an email alert to the task owner and project manager whenever the task status changes from "not started" to "Started" and "Started" to "Closed".

We tried running the "Generate Project Updates E-Mail" process, but it is not generating any emails.

Please let me know how this can be achieved.
