You must enter an agreed amount/ agreed amount or an agreed quantity when creating BPA from contract

Summary:

We create an enterprise contract and through 'create agreement' we try to initiate creation of a BPA. We now get below error messages:

You must enter an agreed amount or an agreed quantity. (OKC-195812)

You must enter an agreed amount. (OKC-195816)

Content (required):

When we manually create a BPA in the 'manage agreements' UI the agreed amount/ agreed quantity are not mandatory. How come these are required when creating a BPA from an enterprise contract?

I did review https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/fasca/contract-validation.html#s20032629 on contract validations; it does not have any reference of this validation even existing.
