Making color of the field depending of condition e.g. role code

Summary:

We are implementing procurement contracts and are aiming to make the UI more user friendly. Therefore we want to make the fields which are mandatory a different color. Also fields which should be entered when applicable we intend to give a color.

Content (required):

Upon testing changing coloring of the fields through page composer it seems not possible to make the color of the field condition depended. Reason for this is that the client also users sales contracts and when changing colors of this fields also the fields like name are impacted by this change.

So the question is can we somehow make the color of the field depending on like for example the assigned job role code to a user. Like we can add a expression to the field being mandatory or not.
