Formula for sum up in specific condition

Summary:

Hi,

I want to create a formula that will sum up the values in other rows if those values are less than 3000.

I've created the formula in Excel, please check this screenshot:

I highlighted the cells that have values less than 3000. As you can see, Account A and D has values that are less than 3000 in 2023 and 2022, so the values will be summed up to Others.

I tried to modify the formula many ways in the row formula, but I keep getting an error like this:

I think because the formula is not valid.

Does anybody know how I should create the formula like in Excel?
