Need sample payload for new ESS rest api for scheduling a job job

I see in this link from oracle documentation for new ESS job rest api available in 23B release.

We want a sample rest payload with params and schedule for any fusion ess job.

We want to see how to pass params and a schedule to this rest api so that it will submit a new ess job schedule on fusion.
