Getting Ownership Error While Cloning FCCS Application

Summary:

We are getting - "14000:Errorr reported from Hyperion Planning./Relational Data/Ownership Data - An Error occurred while importing ownership data via LCM" while cloning application.

We have some Entity in our application where Shared members are placed first and then primary member. We are not getting any metadata validation error as well. But getting error while cloning application to non prod. As per Oracle Admin doc Entity Dimension exempted from below logic on shared Members.

Primary members must exist before shared members ("above" the shared member in the hierarchy) for the following dimensions: Scenario, Account, Intercompany, Movement, Data Source, Multi-GAAP (if it exists), and user-created Custom dimensions
