OSMH : Instance vulnerability report missing description/issue date for some errata

Goal:

It was observed that an instance ELSA in this case "ELSA-2023-3591 and ELSA-2023-3584"  is missing it's description and issue date information.

Scenario:

  • Go to instance details
  • Reports -> Vulnerability report
  • An ESLA may not show the description and issue date

Solution:

Without user intervention, the OS Management Hub (OSMH) agent will self-correct the Vulnerability Report within 24 hours and the ELSA would show the missing description and issue date.

If after 24 hours this does not self-correct, please open an Oracle Support Service Request.
