    Restrict access to collaborator

    Summary:

    Recruiter will tag a collaborator to any requisition to assist him/her in the recruiting process. However, the collaborator shouldn't have access to view the offer. Rest of all the other access should remain same.

    Similarly, if the same collaborator has raised any other requisition as a recruiter, then he/she should have access to the offer page for the requisition which he/she has created.

    Is it feasible to restrict the collaborator from viewing offer for the requisition, but the same person should have access to other offer which was rasied by him/her as recruiter.
