How the Inspection Plans Will be Invoked if Receiving is done via WMS or RF-Smart?

Hi - We set up some Quality inspection plans for Receiving and WO execution. When we executed PO Receiving or WO execution from oracle UI, the corresponding inspection plans gets triggered based on criteria matching. My Question is, when client uses RF-Smart or WMS to do their receiving or WO operation execution, then

1) Does these inspection plan which we set on oracle Quality Management module, gets invoked while doing receiving/WO execution via WMS or RF-Smart?

2) If 1 yes, then do we need to make any setup/integration? How these inspection plan appears in handheld device? Can you explain this process.
