Justification-

Appdynamics Browser Real User Monitoring (BRUM) uses a small Javascript agent to send browser based performance metrics to Appdynamics. This data can be used to monitor the users experience when working with the CPQ and OTM based applications. This will help diagnose any issues that are flagged by customers, giving us accurate information on what page, image or other web object caused the issue that the customer observed. BRUM does not add extra load to the back end as it’s dealt with by the Javascript agent on the browser, and an existing Appdynamics SaaS solution.
