I want to have a default value for the seeded job definition Transfer Ledger Balances.

I want to have a default value for the seeded job definition Transfer Ledger Balances. The goal is to run the scheduled process with defaulted paramemter except for the Source Ledger Period and Target Ledger Period and I want to run the job definiton in one process using job set. In EBS, I can use a job set to group the concurrent program and set the value to the concurrent. Is there any way I can try with Oracle Fusion?
