How to build the application with minify html and js files

Summary:

Hi! we trying to optimize an application and I need to minify the js and html files but we cant find information about that.

The documentation only mention a vb-image-minify and vb-json-minify.

Also we need to apply the uglify to the same files but we don't find information about that.
