How can we change the rtf numbers to FR format in the Generate Real Time Statements in Admin Report?

Client wants to have the same number format when generating in mass the letters in the admin report as what they have in the communications task when they generate the letters individually. When generated individually the number format is 1 234,56 while when generating in mass it becomes 1,234.56

The requirements is to have the same number format for both individually (communication tasks) and mass (admin report) generated. Is there a number format to be used to make this possible to have them all in FR format and how can we achieve this? Thank you in Advance.
