We have the below issues in CSV Upload .Can any body please give some inputs

We have followed the VB Cookbook Recipe to Upload CSV to BO.

We have downloaded the Template from the BO and when we try to Give Upsert/Create with the Same data it is creating the data with "Upload Success "Message and It is Creating the Records. We are doing this by selecting the File from the Local Desktop.Should we have to Place the same Tempalate of the BO in the Resources Folder as well ?

But when we try to Add New Data/ Change the existing data in the CSV Template and Remove the Columns such as , Id,Created By, Creation date, Last Updated By and last Updated Date ,It is Giving this Error On Clicking Upload to BO and Selecting Upsert/Create " Error Response during Rest Action"
