What table(s) contain 'Invoice Method' and 'Revenue Method'?

Hi, I'm trying to find what tables/views contain the following fields for:

'Invoice Method' - Cash basis, cost reimbursement, event-based, milestone, proportional performance, or straight-line across term

--Application navigation: OKC > Contracts > Line > Billing > Invoice Method 

'Revenue Method' - As Incurred Revenue, Amount Based, etc. 

--Application navigation: OKC > Contracts > Line > Billing > Revenue Method
