Unable to receive for requisitions/orders transferred between users
We have a list of requisitions/orders that were transferred from one user to another to manage for the department. For some reason, the new requester is not able to pull up the orders in Receipts to enter a receipt against them for invoicing. Some of the orders work while others do not, and we cannot determine any reason why this would happen. Has anyone else seen this issue before?
