Unable to add Line Attributes through Visual Builder Excel template

Hi,

I'm trying to create a negotiation line with line attributes by using Visual Builder Excel Template. I was able to add the item line in the excel sheet using "Insert Row" action in Table Row Changes. But, when i'm trying to add Line Attribute Group, I'm not able to find the "Insert Row" action. Below is the image. Does anyone know why?

Table in the below image excel is of Negotiation Lines, and here i can see "Insert Rows" action.

But, in the below image table (LineAttributeGroups), there is no "Insert Row" action
