How to make RPL scripting as executable instead of plain text?

Hello Everyone,

We are in the process of automating daily email campaigns. In which we are storing subject lines in supplemental table.

This automation is working fine and its properly fetching plain subject line, but if we insert some personalization token in it lets say ${FIRST_NAME} its printing the RPL snippet as text instead of fetching the value from respective variable.

We are facing this issue across many client. Can someone here help me to revolve this?
