Is it possible to include and track RPL on linktable in Responsys?

Hi I have a link url to edm which includes a parameter of an RPL sample http://www.sample.com?utm_source=test${.now?string("yyyy-MM-dd")}

Now there is an RPL which is ${.now?string("yyyy-MM-dd")} it is working but the problem is, it is not trackable by the link table, because the link that was track is the date for today for example  http://www.sample.com?utm_source=test2017-09-11        

Is there anyway to track an RPL link? Thank you!
