'App Channel List' in Responsys with 'No records'

Hello all,

I am trying to create an 'App Channel List' in Responsys. However, the 'App Channel List' created by me do not have any record in it. Also, when I open the 'list' I do not see an option to 'add' a new record. (unlike that we see for the 'Profile List')

PS: I have created my 'App Channel List' from the 'Profile List' with the 'Email-Address' as the  'Unique Identifier'. Also, I made sure that there are records in my 'Profile List' and the e-mail address field for these records are NOT blank.
