Program to send to non click

Hi all,

I am trying to send a two campaigns with a program, something like this:

In the filter, I select all the audience. The campaign "MAIL01" is sent to 3 people (the whole audience) and it is supposed that people are going to click on it. After a while (wait 1 day) we want to send the campaign "MAIL02", excluding the people who have clicked on MAIL01. I have created a filter for MAIL02 in which I include the following:

And the Count is correct, ceause it is supposed that 2 of the first filter are going to click in the first mail.
