Program timer - 3 days but launch at a different time

I'm creating a program with an email series, but the 2nd and 3rd in the series will launch at different times than the initial email.

So the initial view is scheduled at 9:30a flows into the first email.

Then a timer is set for 3 days and flows into the next email, but it needs to launch at 11:30a.

Then that flows into another timer for 3 days, but needs to launch the next email at 4:30p.

I'm not seeing how I can affect the launch time. Suggestions?
