Oracle Responsys Web Push message doesn´t send

Hi Everyone. We are setting Web Push Campaigns, we configured the Web Push App, the web site, tested the App successfully, and configured a Web Push Campaign.

But when we launch the Campaign, no message were sent. The e-mail launch confirmation was sent, but no message were sent to the website.

Does anyone knows if there is an issue about it?
