Help with 2-way SMS messaging using Program

Hello,

We'll soon start to send bi-directional SMS campaigns for our clients, however, we have very little experience in this particular service (SMS). We were wondering if you could send us any manuals or information regarding how to do this properly using Responsys, also if you could give us any advice, counseling or tips you would be helping us a lot.
