How to get public preview url of a email if one wants to preview the email outside Eloqua

HI,

We have a java app to read emails, landing pages using the rest api and translate those content for the client who use Eloqua. There is one feature which is added where User can preview the email before our app updates the content back into eloqua. Do we have any way through which we can get the preview of the email outside eloqua for example a preview link. I have preview the email within eloqua and on inspecting it i see some eloquapreview.com/PreviewAspx?...  is this something which can be used. Basically what we are looking for is a public preview
