Eloqua Standard, tracking a new domain (1st party cookie)

Hi, I have a customer with the following situation, cloud you help on this? thanks

1) For the Wind Business Advisor project we have created a new secure microsite, info.businessadvisor.it. For this microsite we have not enabled first-party cookies, in addition it is not possible to add sub-domains (see attached file "microsito_sicuro")

2) In the section of microsites on the Wind environment of Eloqua, we also have several unsafe microsites (see attachment "Micrositi_Eloqua"). Among these we have news.windtrebusiness.it and promo.windtrebusiness.it.

The SR answered this:

Hello,

You are not able to utilize two tracking domains in the instance. I cannot turn on First Party cookies for shop.verymobile.it while its set up on tracking.windtrebusiness. I can see you are trying to use it for two different client types or companies, but unfortunately you cannot do this within one instance.
