Scheduling Email failure in Eloqua

I have an important issue: within the Canvas / Campaign Step: E-Mail I have configured on "Scheduling" that the email should only be sent on weekdays. Nevertheless some contacts have been sent the email on Saturday nevertheless (and this box was not ticked). How can this happen??? Thanks for your help!
