Leads from Third-Party Sources
Hi Folks,
I have been asked to set up the integration between Eloqua and BrightTalk. I have been planning to set up the integration using the Eloqua Connector (API) and the exact implementation would mirror this documentation: https://support.brighttalk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000005253
Our content/webinars will be hosted on the BrighTalk channel and when a lead interacts with our assets by filling out a form, the lead information should flow to Eloqua via the connector API. We have more than 5 sellable solutions and will be promoting multiple assets for every solution categories that we have. For each sellable solutions we have created a separate campaign code in SFDC. I do have a couple of questions as far as how we are going to identify and process these leads in Eloqua.
