How to Create an Insight report that shows the latest form submission date for each of our forms?

Currently, trying to create a report in Eloqua's Insight that shows the latest submission date of each of our forms. However, I'm not seeing any such options.

As such, I assume we have to create a filter that grabs the newest form submission date and shows this one. However, I have not been able to set this up.

Do you have any tips/best practices to achieve such a filter?
