How to use the standard property "description(optional): string" for Contact API ?

How can I populate the standard property "description(optional): string" present in the API docs ?(https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/marketing/eloqua-rest-api/op-api-rest-2.0-data-contacts-post.html)

As I cannot see the standard "description" parameter in the API response when I hit the Contact Endpoint (GET https://secure.p04.eloqua.com/api/rest/2.0/data/contact/). Above that I do not see the property in the contacts dashboard in the Eloqua account as well.

While It is possible to add a custom property with "description" name, It comes as a field value, however I want to use the standard property.

I see this issue with other response parameters as well (ex : "Province").
