This is to share solutions with regard to cases where blank Status Processing Rules get created.

Sometimes while creating a new status processing rule,a blank row gets created.We can't delete this row from the element page.So, to resolve the issue,we can use HDL:

To get spr id,LDG id,element id,use below query:

select status_processing_rule_id,p1.EFFECTIVE_START_DATE,p2.element_type_id,p1.LEGISLATIVE_DATA_GROUP_ID 

from pay_status_proc_rules_f p1, pay_element_types_vl p2

where p1.element_type_id = p2.element_type_id
